Q: I need help with my graphics- Can you help us?
A: Absolutely, if your design involves nothing more than generating type we can usually do that within two days. If your design requires clip art illustration or creation of a custom logo or drawing, it may take up to ten days. Printing production can only begin after we receive your approval on the art. We are happy to discuss the details of creating original art or logo designs.
Q: What type of art files do you accept?
A: We can usually work with just about any type of art file. Obviously, the better the artwork you provide us the better your product will turn out. Below is a list of common files we can easily work with.

If your file type is not listed above, Please send it anyways. We will do our best to convert it into a file we can work with. If for some reason we cannot work with the file(s) you have sent us we will notify you right away.

Q: How do I get my artwork to you?
A: Please upload your art during the checkout process. If you do not have your artwork ready at the time of your order you can email it to us at info@imageincentives.com .
Q: Do I have to use the same size graphic on all of the shirts in my order? A : Yes. As the majority of cost involved in screen-printing is due to set up time, all the items in your order must use the same size graphic(s). So if you have items in your order on both ends of the size spectrum, such as youth small and 4XL shirts, we will size your graphic to work on all the shirts in your order. Please keep in mind as you place your order.
Q: Why do dark shirts cost more? A: Generally any color other than white or natural will cost a little more for both the garment and printing. The dye process is more expensive for all the additional handling and accuracy.
Q: Can I change print color on some of my order? A: Yes, as long as we are printing the same design in the same location we can change the print color. There is a small cleaning charge to change out the inks but your cost for the print job itself is still combined quantity and your volume discount will apply.
Q: Can I send a Macintosh files? A: Yes. We mainly use PCs, but we support most cross-platform graphic files. If your document contains text, please make sure to convert your fonts to vector paths or export them in a vectorized Postscript (.eps and .ps) or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) Formats.
Q: Will I see a sample before you run my order? A: We don't print it until you see it and sign off on it. We will send you a proof via email or fax before we start any production. Speculative samples or pre-production samples are provided upon request and incur a minimum charge . If you require a production sample please email us at info@imageincentives.com

This gives the Brand Name Manufacturers confidence and incentive to offer us their best price first.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order? A: Production starts once we receive your artwork approval. Once we receive your signed proof, your order will ship within in 7-10 business days. Please contact us if you require a rush order or have a specific EVENT DATE that must be met! Expedited freight and production charges may apply.
Q: What Payment Methods do you offer?
A : We understand the unique needs of all our customers. This is why we offer a variety of payment options to allow each of our customers a choice in how they complete their online transactions.
Credit
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For the security of all credit transactions, we screen all credit card orders for potential fraud so it is important that the billing address and the shipping address are the same. All Payment sent electronically shall be securely transmitted using SSL technology. Credit transactions must be paid in full.
Purchase Orders from Corporate, Schools and Government
Net Terms are available to Fortune 500 Corporations, schools and government agencies. Please contact us at info@imageincentives.com to place your order. Other qualifying organizations wishing to establish net terms and utilize purchase orders may set up special payment options by contacting us at info@imageincentives.com using subject line Purchase Order.
Payments by check or Money order via Mail
If you prefer to mail a check or money order please contact us at info@imageincentives.com . Because the nature of our products, we cannot start production until check or money order has cleared and you have signed off on the artwork proof.
